Lending your voice to the campaign “Say No To Dirty Kitchen”

We are excited to introduce the “Say No To Dirty Kitchen” campaign—a global initiative spearheaded by the Hospitality Police. This campaign is dedicated to eradicating poor kitchen hygiene practices within the hospitality industry, recognizing that the cleanliness of a kitchen directly impacts public health, consumer confidence, and the reputation of food establishments.

Aligning with Global Efforts

Our campaign aligns with international movements emphasizing food safety and hygiene. For instance, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) jointly facilitate World Food Safety Day on June 7, highlighting the importance of food safety in preventing, detecting, and managing foodborne risks. Additionally, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) works towards harmonizing food safety standards worldwide, ensuring that food is safe for consumers everywhere.

Upcoming Trainings and Campaign Efforts

To support our objectives, we are launching a series of training sessions and initiatives:

"Don't let your meal become a menace. Join the 'Say No To Dirty Kitchen' campaign and champion kitchen cleanliness for everyone's safety."

Call to Action: Join the Movement

We invite industry professionals and consumers alike to become active participants in the “Say No To Dirty Kitchen” campaign:

Together, we can foster a culture where cleanliness is not just expected but assured. Join us in our mission to ensure that every meal is prepared in a safe and sanitary environment.
